Shipping policy
1. Delivery Destinations
Private Era currently offers shipping exclusively to the following countries:
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Brunei
2. Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders by the next working day.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the following working day.
- Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during public holidays or promotional periods.
3. Shipping Method & Tracking
All orders are dispatched via Express Delivery to ensure your piece arrives promptly and securely.
- Once your order has been collected by our courier, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your door.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
While actual delivery times are subject to the courier service, general estimates are as follows:
- West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
- East Malaysia: 3–5 working days
- Singapore & Brunei: 3–7 working days
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Singapore & Brunei)
For orders shipped to Singapore and Brunei, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees. Private Era does not collect these fees upfront, and they are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Private Era is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
